Gift Xpress was established in November 2003 by Michelle Wilson. Michelle's passion was to provide sensational gift hampers that were visually stunning, creatively different and a long lasting alternative to sending flowers.  At Gift Xpress, we take great care in ensuring our presentation, ribbon work, quality of product and finishing touches are exceptional.Our aim is to provide a fast, professional service and ensure our customers receive value for money.

Gift Xpress has grown from a small operation under Michelle's home to a stunning innovative stores which can be found at Shop 13, 100 Goondoon Street, Gladstone.

How to Order

The Gift Xpress website offers a secure online ordering facility. You have two easy options available to you when ordering your hamper. Simply browse our pre-designed hampers, make your selection and click on buy. This will add the hamper to your shopping cart.

Alternatively, you can choose our "design your own" option.This allows you to choose which specific products you would like in the hamper. The cost of wrapping will be calculated depending on the number of products you have chosen. This ensures that your hamper is tailored to suit the recipient.

You may modify the contents in your shopping cart by using the view cart page. When you are ready to purchase the hampers in your cart, proceed to the checkout area. We have a large selection of quality corporate and gourmet gifts and are open to any specific requests you may have. Our aim is to design a hamper that reflects the image of your company or business. We can incorporate your company colours when designing your hamper and offer a more professional touch with ribbons printed with your corporate logo. Product Availability

To avoid disappointment during busy periods eg. Christmas, please place your orders as early as possible. If Gift Xpress or fufu is unable to supply a particular product, we guarantee to substitute an alternative product of equal or greater value.

Quality Guaranteed

Gift Xpress strives to provide products of the highest quality. We are diligent in our quest to bring you the finest in Gourmet Food, the purest bath and body products, and baby products that adhere to Australian safety standards. Should you be dissatisfied with the quality of the hamper, or the hamper has been damaged during delivery, please contact us to make arrangements to have the hamper returned. We will replace it immediately with an alternative or provide a full refund.

Purchase of Liquor

Gift Xpress is authorised to sell liquor in accordance with it's Liquor Licence, (License No. 86486) registered in Queensland. It is an offence to sell liquor to persons under the age of eighteen (18) years. We reserve the right to make further enquiries as to the age of any purchaser of liquor.
